Support Staff

Our centre is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where every child is able to participate fully in all aspects of the program. When children attending our centre require additional assistance to support them in daily routines, learning experiences, social interactions, or personal care, we employ suitably qualified support staff to meet their individual needs.

Support staff work collaboratively with educators, families, and relevant professionals to ensure each child is provided with consistent, respectful, and responsive care. Strategies and supports are implemented in accordance with each child’s strengths, abilities, and developmental goals, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, independence, and active participation within the centre environment.
