Eatons Hill Community Kindergarten

Eatons Hill Community Kindergarten provides a caring and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop to their full potential. It is a place where families feel welcome and lasting friendships are formed.

Our beautiful large grassed outdoor play area has been regularly maintained and improved to provide a magnificent learning space for young children.

We are a not-for-profit community organisation, founded in 1994 and run by a management committee comprised of parents. We offer an inclusive, interest driven/focus and play-based educational program approved by the Queensland Studies Authority.

With our implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework through the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, we are ensuring that what we teach in the kindergarten environment is supported by research on how children learn and is also an effective program that will give each child a positive start to their formal years of learning.

We have been assessed as exceeding National Quality Standards under the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care and continue to strive for the best outcomes for all children and families.
